Your Content Is Not Used To Train Models

We do not use your transcripts, recordings, or notes to train our models. Any third‑party AI providers are configured, where possible, to not retain data for training. We design our systems to minimize exposure of your content and to process it strictly for your requested actions.

Encryption & Security

• Data in transit is protected via TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by our cloud provider.
• Access controls enforce that only you (and your explicitly shared collaborators, if any) can view your notes.
• Future roadmap: end‑to‑end encryption (E2EE) for supported workflows so only you hold the keys.

Data Retention

Your notes remain in your account until you delete them. You can request account deletion, which removes your personal data subject to legal or security holds.

Sharing & Third Parties

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We use trusted infrastructure and processing partners (e.g., cloud hosting, authentication, transcription) strictly to provide the service.
• We require contractual commitments from partners to safeguard data and prevent misuse.
